Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ValoraGol website (“the Site”).

2. Acceptance

By using the Site or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

3. Description of the service

ValoraGol provides editorial statistical football analysis: match probabilities, highlights and a public track record.

This analysis does not constitute sports-betting, financial or investment advice, and guarantees no outcome. The probabilities shown are estimates, not certainties.

4. Account and access

Creating a free account gives access to 3 detailed analyses, free for life. The track record stays public and free.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your credentials.

5. Premium subscription

A paid subscription (“premium”) gives unlimited access to the analyses. It is offered as weekly, monthly or yearly plans. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable VAT is calculated at payment based on your country of residence. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe.

The subscription has no commitment and renews automatically at each term (automatic renewal is the default) until it is cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation ends automatic renewal: you keep premium access until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription is not renewed. The current period is not refunded.

6. Referral programme

Every account holder has a personal referral link. For each referred person who takes out, via this link, a monthly or yearly premium subscription, the referrer receives a credit equal to one month of subscription (“1 free month”), applied automatically to their billing. A referee's weekly subscription does not qualify for a reward.

Rewards are stackable, up to a limit of twelve (12) free months per rolling twelve-month period. Only one reward is granted per referred person.

The credit obtained is not exchangeable for money, refundable or transferable. Self-referral and any fraudulent use (creating fake accounts, subscriptions taken out solely to obtain a reward and then cancelled, etc.) are prohibited and may lead to the cancellation of rewards and the closure of the account.

The publisher reserves the right to amend the programme's terms or to end it at any time, without affecting rewards already earned.

7. User obligations

You undertake not to misuse the service, not to attempt to circumvent its technical limitations, and to comply with applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content is protected. See the Legal notice.

9. Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the published analyses, nor for any service interruptions.

10. Adult audience

The content is intended for an adult audience.

11. Changes to the Terms

The publisher may amend these Terms at any time; the applicable version is the one online on the date the Site is used.

12. Governing law
