Data controller

Data collected

• Email address and login credentials, when creating an account;
• History of unlocked analyses and account status (free / premium);
• Email address provided via the waitlist sign-up form;
• Technical connection data (logs, device type) for security and audience-measurement purposes.

Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service (account, analysis quota) — performance of the contract;
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse — legitimate interest;
• Informing you about the launch (waitlist) — consent;
• Improving the service — legitimate interest.

Processors

Some providers process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — authentication and database, hosted in the EU;
• Vercel — hosting of the Site;
• API-Football / API-Sports — sports data;
• Resend — sending transactional emails, where applicable.

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as the account is active, then deleted within a reasonable time after closure. Waitlist data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Cookies
